MallieMae Return & Store Credit Policy

At MallieMae Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns for store credit only.

Return Window
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Store Credit
All approved returns will be issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

Tags must still be attached

Items must be free of stains, makeup, perfume, or damage

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Sale or clearance items

Accessories

Bodysuits

Intimates or undergarments

Gift cards

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
